Returns
We gladly accept returns for any reason, as long as the candles are not burnt. All returns must have a valid order number to receive refund. Payment will be refunded only upon our receiving the un-burnt and un-damaged candle. Non - candle products must be in original packaging, and in like new condition. Payment for non-candle products will be refunded upon our receiving product in its original packaging and like new condition. All returned products must be received within 30 days to receive refund. Products returned with no valid order number or returned after 30 days of purchase are not eligible for refund. Refund for any product is for amount paid at purchase only. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Defective Items
We will do our best to inspect each order before it is shipped. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us immediately. If the products you receive do not match your order contact us immediately and we will provide a refund or a shipping label for you to return the products in exchange for the actual products ordered. All returned products must be received within 30 days to receive refund. Products returned with no valid order number or returned after 30 days of purchase are not eligible for refund. Refund for any product is for amount paid at purchase only. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
