Returns
We gladly accept returns on candles that have not been burnt for any reason. All returns must have a valid order number to receive refund. Payment will be refunded only upon our receiving the un-burnt candle. Non - Candle products must be in original packaging, and in like new condition. Payment for non - candle products will be refunded upon our receiving product in its original packaging and like new condition. All returned products must be received within 30 days to receive refund. Products returned with no valid order number or returned after 30 days of purchase are not eligible for refund. Refund for any product is for amount paid at purchase only. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Defective Items
We will do our best to inspect each order before it is shipped. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us immediately. If your product(s) are not defective, but are not the product(s) you ordered, contact us immediately, and we will provide a refund or a shipping label for you to return the products for exchange.
