Interested in whats new around here? Great, let's start with why we changed. For you, of course! We made changes to several aspects of our website with the goal of helping you.

Better Shipping Prices
In the past we did our best to estimate accurate shipping costs. We now display live UPS and USPS shipping rates as you checkout to give you the REAL shipping cost. You only pay for the actual shipping cost. No extra fees. No handling charges. You save money.

More Payment Options
Pay how you want. Northwest Candle Supply accepts payment by check, money order, credit card, and PayPal. We process credit card payments securely using the SSL 3.0 encryption. Look for the lock on your browser while checking out.

Recycled Shipping & Packaging Materials
If you choose to ship your order via UPS we guarantee to use previously used packaging material including boxes, bubble wrap and packing foam. By re-using we can accomplish two very important things at the same time.

1. Keep our prices lower for you becuase we are not buying new material and
2. Help conserve resources by re-using paper, plastic and foam products.

If you choose USPS we will ship in previously used packaging material most of the time, however we will occasional use a flat-rate box. Northwest Candle Supply has not purchased new packaging material since we opened in 2003.
